This leaves us wide open to getting hurt and many people suffer from a wide range of different conditions and injuries every single year. - Numbness & tingling in the hands – This is a very common thing that happens to Thai people all the time and it is an injury that gives you that feeling like your hand has fallen asleep but this is down to poor circulation. It usually happens with people who work on computers all day long because they are doing the same movements all the time and so this leads to inflammation. The good news is that you can get physical therapy that can reduce the symptoms that you are experiencing.
- All types of sports injuries – If you are active at all then you are leaving yourself open to a number of different sports injuries that can occur because you haven’t warmed up properly or you are pushing yourself too hard. The majority of people suffer from things like an ankle sprain or maybe they have pulled a muscle in the groin. These are just two of the injuries that can be experienced and your physical therapist can get you back on your feet in a shorter space of time.
- Neck & shoulder pain – These are common ailments that everyone pretty much experiences and it could be due to the fact that you’re sitting at your desk all day long or maybe you have picked something up wrong. It even happens when you sleep at an awkward angle on your pillow and it can be incredibly painful if it doesn’t get some much-needed attention. We all carry around too much stress nowadays and stress manifests itself in your neck and shoulders. Sometimes it becomes chronic then you need to get some much-needed assistance.
We haven’t even touched on the high levels of back pain that everyone experiences and especially with the lower back. It happens because we are not picking things up properly even though we have been taught to do so by the health and safety people at our workplace.
